At The Temple Bar Pub, we want you to be fully satisfied with your official merchandise. If your order isn't quite right, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags still attached to qualify for a return.

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for return to receive your unique Return Authorization code.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the merchandise and include a note with your order details and the Return Authorization code inside the parcel.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Send the package back to our Dublin warehouse using a tracked shipping service and wait for our team to process your refund or exchange.
