Reviving the lost tradition of Whiskey Bonding, where each Irish pub once bottled a unique whiskey blend, 'The Bonder's Collection' is tailored to the tastes of The Temple Bar Pub and Whiskey Reserve owner, who boasts a 50-year tenure amassing Ireland's largest whiskey collection.

This inaugural release, a 22-year-old single malt whiskey aged in Bourbon barrels, celebrates the grand opening of The Whiskey Reserve. It represents a select offering from our warehouse-aged casks.
